4. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • We strive to display products (including colours and images) as accurately as possible; however, minor variations may occur due to device settings and photography.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping fees, and any COD convenience/handling charges (where applicable) are shown at checkout.
  • We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order in our sole discretion.

5. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product(s) and send a shipping confirmation.
  • We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including stock issues, payment/verification problems, suspected fraud, or restrictions/prohibitions by law. In such cases, any amount received will be refunded to the original payment method (or as otherwise communicated).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Where offered, COD may attract location‑based courier or handling charges. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries without valid reason may lead to COD being disabled for your account.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via third‑party courier partners. Delivery timelines shown are estimates and may vary by location and courier workflow.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the address specified at checkout. Please ensure accurate address and availability to receive the package.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our dedicated Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Key points for Indian customers:

  • Window: Raise a return/exchange request within 3 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags/packaging.
  • Inspection & Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the returned item is received and approved. Confirmation is sent via email/WhatsApp.
  • Wrong/defective item (our fault): We bear the return shipping charges and issue a full refund or replacement.
  • Other reasons (e.g., size change or change of mind): Return shipping/processing charges are borne by the customer.
  • Evidence: We may request an unboxing video or photos to assess damage/shortage claims.

Regional consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory rights under applicable local laws (for example, statutory cancellation/withdrawal rights for certain online purchases in the EU/UK). Where such rights apply, they will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

8. Payments

  • Online payments are processed by secure third‑party gateways; we do not store full card numbers or CVV. By submitting a payment method, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge it for your order.
  • For COD (if available), courier/handling charges may apply based on location. We may restrict COD for high‑value or repeated refusal cases.
  • We may use fraud‑screening and verification measures to protect customers and our business.

9. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

  • Promotions are time‑limited and subject to terms. Unless stated, offers cannot be combined or applied to prior purchases.
  • We may cancel benefits arising from misuse (e.g., multiple accounts, coupon abuse) at our discretion.
